Easy 30-Day Return Policy
We do our best to help you find a suitable gear for you, but sometimes for various reasons, you might not be satisfied with your purchase and you may have to return an item. When returning a product, you can request an identical replacement item, exchange the products for another or request a refund within 30 days of delivery date,subject to the conditions and exclusions below. We strongly recommend that you contact us within 3 to 5 business days of delivery.
The following items are returnable only if defective or unopened or unused.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Strings, picks, reed, earbuds, drum heads, cleaningers, polishes, polishing, clothes, recorders or personal items - that require intimate contact with the body during use, including in-ear headphones and microphones windscreens.
- Software
- Headphones
- Oversize or overweight items
- Media (such as tapes, CD, digital memory, batteries, bulbs etc..)
- Speakers
- Tubes
- Discounted products, closeouts, used products
- Earphones, harmonicas, recorders. If harmonicas and recorders are defective, it must be returned to the manufacturer.
- Turntable cartridges
- Styli
- Opened or unwrapped educational tapes and books
- Merchandise describes “As is”, “Final sale”, or “No returns”
- International orders-these sales are considered “Final Sale / As is”
When do we charge restocking fees?
All return items are subject to inspections and if all conditions are not met, HertelPro reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box, including intact UPC code, all packing material, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Refunds and Credits:
Once we receive and inspect the return items, we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original method of purchase.
If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.
Who pays original and return shipping?
If the return is needed as a result of a damaged or defective product, or from our mistake, we will pay the shipping charges -- both to have your item sent back to us, and to send you a replacement item.
Packing, Label & Shipping tips:
Help us maintain an easy return policy. We recommend when you receive your order please keep all packaging in new condition. When opening packages please open it carefully with scissors or box cutter and try to avoid tearing packaging. Contact us for return instructions.
How to make a return:
- Contact us for return instructions.
- If a RA number is provided, please place it inside the box or write it on the shipping label. Not on the product box itself.
- Items must be returned in the condition they were received. Please securely package your items and affix return labels on the shipping box.
- If your package was originally shipped double-box, please return unit(s)double boxed.
- The product should be packed in the original product box with the UPC codes intact.
- Please use a shipping method that is trackable.
- Remember that if your order was shipped with free shipping, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from the return credit.
- We recommend that you insure your package when shipping it back to us, especially on expensive items, because sometimes packages get lost or damaged en route and if that happens,we want you to be protected.
