The Area T™ Neck is a Telecaster® replacement pickup designed to offer a significant improvement in performance through new technology. It combines clarity and warmth, a sought-after combination for Telecaster® players. This pickup retains the vintage Tele® cover while maintaining sound quality and power. The Area T™ Neck Model provides a smooth tone and remains clear even with heavy overdrive, which is a key characteristic of the Area pickup design. It is known for preserving the classic Tele® contrast between a warm neck pickup tone and a biting bridge pickup sound. The pickup is optimized for use with 250K controls but can have increased treble response and output by using 500K volume and tone controls, or further adjustments can be made with a 250K volume and the EP1202 1 Megohm tone control.
